I’ll tell you more about where I’ve been and what brought me here later on. A years-long journey of discovery that, at times, felt fraught with perpetual struggle. For now, my desire is for you to find something here that holds real meaning, resonance, and that will ignite the fire in you and lead you to the answers you’re looking for. I want you to feel confident and light again, like you again, empowered with the knowledge that you are your own healer.

So, whether it’s as a practitioner in the healing arts, a purveyor of relevant candor and sincerity, or simply as a confidant who has a clear understanding of what you might be going through, you do have someone with you. I hope you’ll learn to trust yourself first and that what I share here comes from an earnest and straightforward desire for you to live a beautiful life.

I am Erica Marcum and I’ve been a Foot Zone Practitioner since 2013. Working first through that modality led me to study other ways to answer big questions, not only as a way of supporting others, but as a way of living in the best version of me. That ongoing exploration continues to foster my curiosity and love for how we heal. As I work with more people like you, I am increasingly fascinated by how unique, and how similar, we are. And much more importantly, how simple the process of healing can be when the right lens is applied, creating space for a complete transformation.
