It all hinges on your personal vision of ‘healed.’ For me, it meant embracing a life filled with joy, where I felt empowered to live in the present rather than shackled by the past. It meant breaking free from guilt, shame, blame, and the constant need for external validation. While memories of the past remain, they no longer carry the weight of shame or self-punishment. Instead, every relationship is viewed through a neutral lens, offering valuable lessons in self-awareness and personal growth. Establishing healthy boundaries replaces old walls, and overcoming addictive patterns and limiting beliefs eliminates the allure of toxic connections. Healing isn’t a linear journey; there may be setbacks, but each return brings greater awareness and strength. The road we take as we heal can feel directionless. Their inquiry leads them to live true to themselves, genuinely and joyfully. That practitioner has no desire to liberate or heal you. They eagerly share what they know intuitively so you are empowered to heal yourself and create the life you envision.
In our universe, everything is in constant motion, carried by waves in circular patterns. Similar vibrations are naturally drawn to each other, shaping the experiences within your field. By practicing active awareness, you can expand your vibrational field and establish a stable ‘home frequency,’ unaffected by external chaos. Excellent question! There are various approaches to tap into subconscious awareness. One significant hurdle is prolonged exposure to chronic stress, which can disrupt the body’s natural regulatory mechanisms. Through the modalities I’ve learned, we work together to heal the nervous system and create a personalized plan equipped with everyday resources to support you. Accessing the subconscious can occur during a state of relaxation, where self-trust and intuition are cultivated. Alternatively, a trained practitioner can guide clients in accessing their subconscious by attuning to their energy field and facilitating awareness. Our innate state involves being fully attuned to our body’s signals, devoid of distractions or uncertainties. Essentially, it’s about rediscovering skills we inherently possess.
Everyone is different. Your unique circumstance provides direction about how to facilitate the best approach for you. Some clients prefer to look at physical health first, developing a better relationship with their body and more confidence in its ability to heal. Emotional well-being, spiritually centered practices, or energy medicine are starting points for others. Every plan is as different as the client who is ready for the next step.

I trained as a Foot Zone Practitioner and certified in 2014 with We Do Feet Seminars in Utah. I am currently a Foot Zone Therapy instructor in Tooele, Utah teaching with Foothold Foot Zone Therapy Seminars headquartered in Hauula, Hawaii. I am a certified Herbalist, Energy Psychologist, and I trained to become a Professional Certified Emotional Clearing Facilitator (CECF) with John Ruskan, author of Emotional Clearing and Deep Clearing and founder of the Emotional Clearing Process (ECP). I am a certified Beyond Quantum Healing® (BQH®) Hypnotherapist, trained by Candace Craw-Goldman. I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from the University of Utah.
Honestly? You won’t ever feel like you’re leaning on me. I am available to my clients but my goal is to show you your confidence and power the first time we meet. I don’t believe in gurus, masters, mentors, or healers. Except that you are your own healer. I am a facilitator of practice and technique. I will show you a path to heal completely and we will work together on a strategy that works for you.
